1. Acceptance

By using NestCraft (operated by StyleVault Commerce Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Platform

NestCraft is an e-commerce marketplace aggregating furniture and home products from independent brands and manufacturers. We facilitate transactions but do not manufacture products directly.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST unless stated
• Payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI options
• EMI options available on orders above ₹5,000 via partnered NBFCs
• Orders confirmed upon successful payment

4. Product Information

Product images, dimensions, and descriptions are provided by sellers. Minor variations in colour and finish are natural for handcrafted items. NestCraft verifies listings but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NestCraft is owned by StyleVault Commerce Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

NestCraft acts as a marketplace. Product quality is the responsibility of the seller/brand. NestCraft mediates disputes but is not directly liable for product defects beyond facilitating returns and refunds as per policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Refund Policy

1. Return Window

• Furniture: 14 days from delivery for manufacturing defects or damage
• Decor & Accessories: 7 days from delivery
• Custom/Made-to-order: Non-returnable unless defective

2. Refund Process

• Initiate return via app/website or call support
• Our team inspects the item within 48 hours of pickup
• Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

3. EMI Refunds

For EMI orders, refund is processed to the lending partner. Outstanding EMI installments are adjusted accordingly.

4. Non-Refundable

• Items with visible usage or damage not caused during delivery
• NestCraft Plus membership after 14-day cooling period

Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Orders

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing order
• After 24 hours: cancellation may incur a 5% processing fee if item has been dispatched

2. Made-to-Order / Custom Items

• Cancellation within 48 hours: Full refund
• After 48 hours: 25% restocking fee applies
• Once production complete: Non-cancellable

3. How to Cancel

2. Delivery Timelines

• Decor & Accessories: 3-7 business days
• Ready-made Furniture: 7-15 business days
• Made-to-Order: 21-45 business days

3. Free Delivery & Assembly

Free delivery on all orders above ₹2,999. Free professional assembly included for all furniture items. Assembly team will contact you to schedule a convenient slot.

4. Tracking

Real-time tracking available via the app/website. SMS/email updates at every stage — dispatch, in-transit, out-for-delivery.

5. Damage During Transit

If your item arrives damaged, report within 24 hours. We'll arrange free replacement or full refund.
